In our contemporary age we define meditation as consciously taking time to relax, recover, and create a sense of calm to our state of being.

As a long time meditator I can tell you that meditation is pure spiritual alchemy.

You come into this life as one person with a set of engrams, karmic imprints and compulsions that are exacerbated through unconscious habitual beliefs and self-fulfilling prophesies. But the simple act of meditation has the ability to erase all of your past garbage and help you rebirth yourself into an entirely new CONSCIOUSLY aware human being. Do not underestimate the simple practice of simply being.

Stillness is THE most important aspect of life; full of ecstatic potentiality, creative insight, and intuitive wisdom.

You are not the body.

You are not the mind.
